The constancy of russian team was awarded. After five rallies in a row they were getting more than 100 points, so their team climbed to thirs position in the classification. Estonia logically fall down after disasterous performance in Rally Bulgaria - just 38 points. Many of the best drivers had problems in that rally, which makes it one of the hardest so far. The hosts from bulgarian team do their best and the mistakes of others bring them to the upper half of the classification table. On the top of it - nothing new. Poland ruled again all others and Czech may be will accept their second place of this championship... but may be not, there are still 6 round until the end of WCN.
And now we will announce a change in WCN calendar. Next rally Neste Oil Rally Finland will be 1 week sooner - 28.07.10 - 03.08.10. All managers should give information to their drivers about this change. If this doesn't happen, WCN organizers will not take any responsibility. The change is enforced because of lack of time of the main organizer Stanimir Zuzov (RBR WCN Organizer). He will not be in Bulgaria from 6-th to 25-th of August and will not be able do manage WCN in this time. We count on your correctness and understanding about this. Good Luck.

 Something that missed you was tarmac. Rally Bulgaria is first tarmac rally in thе calendar and will be opportunity for some pilots to show their skills on that surface. The rally will be interesting for the classification, where will be a lot of fights: battle for third place between Estonia and Russia, Finland will defend their 5-th place against Slovenia, Sweden and Latvia. Lithuania, Hungary and Portugal are so close, just a point between them. Ukraine, Germany, Bulgaria, Japan and Norway will try to move to first half of classification table (15-th position)
 As Hosts of WCN we (Bulgaria) will afford a little news. Our WCN team-mate in class S2000 Daniel Popov will make his debut in highest level of rallying in Rally Bulgaria. He will be the youngest competitor there. Let's wish him luck in both FIA WRC and RBR WCN
WCN Organizers will get requests for pilot licensing untill 10.07.2010. This will be next to the last transfer window. The last will be between 20-th and 30-th of September, right after Rally Japan and before Rally France. After that, no manager will be able to change their teams.
 
The championship is entering in a new phase after 6 rallies.
Hush!! The top of the table became calm, except that swap between Sweden and Latvia for 7-th place. Poland and Czech Republic took good points and Russian team continues its great performance and stepped for third time on the ladder and showed serious ambitions for broze in that championship. But Estonia wont give up without fight. Unlike the top of the table, in the second half of it there are lots of changes: many teams with equal strength will try to move up. Every mistake costs positions.
